I have over 30 years as a professional artist/sculptor, public artist and art instructor. As a professional artist my work has been in national and international exhibits since 1985. Both public art and studio art occupy my creative output.
Teaching and tutoring is a way for me to share and pass on my art making experience to all who have a need of furthering their knowledge in fine art.
My teaching experience includes working with youth, teaching: Drawing, Art Fundamentals and Art History, Instructor of Introduction to Sculpture and Stone Sculpture at: Otis College of Art & Design (Continuing Education Program) 2001-present, a sculpture studio from 2008-present, and an art center from 2011-present.
Central to my teaching and tutoring philosophy is individual attention to each student's unique needs and an overall incorporation of art history, art methods and self expression.
