I am an experienced tutor educated in health sciences, psychology and physical therapy. I attended St. Mary's College for my undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance and University of Vermont for graduate studies in Pre-Medical Sciences. I am currently attending physical therapy school locally. Through my educational experiences I've learned patience, expanded my study skills and worked with clients of many backgrounds. In addition to my psychology training I have been fortunate to volunteer at special needs children camps, this experience has been truly invaluable.
I've had the opportunity to tutor privately and group sessions for elementary, middle and high school students specifically in math, English/language arts, history and science. I believe in an individualistic approach to tutoring as every student learns differently. It's important to me for the child for enjoy the subject we are learning, its always my goal to teach in a way that appeals to the learner. I am flexible to meet at the students home, library, school or other scheduled public place. Aside from tutoring I also enjoy physical therapy, fitness, cooking, snow sports, scocer and baseball. I look forward to meeting your child. Thank you
