Offering over 25 years experience in education with a California Clear Credential in Business Occupations and Computer Applications. Offering a variety of subjects based on my experiences, ranging from basic computer training, both PC n MAC, office technology apps like Microsoft Office, WordPerfect Office, to advanced graphic software applications, Adobe CS Master Collection, and most of the software applications within it. Worked as an Instructor for 20 years at SCROC in Torrance. In addition to serving as Technology Chair, Campus Trainer, Administrative Assistant to the Director of Pupil Services, Certificated Representative, Building Committees, Advisory Chair for Arts, Media, n Entertainment Cluster, Technology Education Foundation Media Designer and Trainer, and of course as a Instructor.
Trained 11th, 12th grade high school students, special needs students, as well as adult students. Designed course curriculums for Office Occupations, WordProcessing, Computer Operations, WordPerfect Office, Business Applications, Desktop Publishing, Digital Graphics, Graphic Design, Media Design 1-6 Modules, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and AfterEffects Modules. All curriculum based on Adobe's training competencies, which also prepare students to become Adobe Certified Users. Other subjects may be added at a later date, Bridge, Fireworks, Premiere, Acrobat,etc. All software application modules will also allow sufficient time for students to create a detailed portfolio of the skills they have learned in that subject so that students may print and an have an electronic version of their portfolio of work they have created during their module training.
After your first session with Ms. F., we can discuss any future training you may need at a discounted rate. Also, students who would like to learn an entire module of a training in a specific software application, if prepaid will be dramatically lower in cost. If you are interested in future or more thorough training at a discounted rate, you can discuss with me in detail during our first session.

All Adobe training will include lectors, demonstrations, assigned projects created both as practice and skill reinforcement, QnR of competencies attained, documentation and submission of work, and a quiz. Most of the Adobe courses can also be done electronically through email and the web if you have all the required software applications for the subject you would like to learn. So that's another option as well, and of course lower in cost. Yay!
Most of my training is for individuals in who would like to learn Media Design to bring their imagination to life in a variety of mediums, including Print, Web and Video production using Adobe CS3 Master Collection (or any version you may want to learn). I also provide tutoring on general computer setup in regards to hardware, operating systems, and other equipment including using scanners, printers, and cameras, as well as utilizing effective file management for your system to keep you and your files organized ... this will provide students a good foundation for utilizing all of their hardware to its fullest potential.
I also offer coaching in Employment Preparation, which includes thoroughly preparing students for employment. There are several other topics, included as well, like Microsoft Office applications, and this training will vary depending on the software versions you may want to learn. Training can be catered to your immediate needs, whether its setting up a computer and hardware, setting a in home network, using printers, scanners, faxes, and cameras, installing and removing software.
