Hello students and parents,
First, I want to welcome you to my profile and tell you a little about myself. I am currently a graduate student studying for my doctorate in clinical psychology. Before grad school I was an Army Logistics officer for almost ten years. I graduated from Augusta State University with honors in 2005 and I am currently an active member of the Psy Chi honor society.
If you are interested in learning English as a second language or have inspirations of succeeding in areas of higher learning, I want to be a resource in helping you successfuly reach your goals. I am a highly experienced teacher with tutoring younger and older students from all different cultures and backgrounds.
As a helping professional I am patient and also enjoy helping students with special needs. I am eager to research the best systems to help your child reach their maximum potential. As an experienced English teacher, I have also volunteered at my church for our English as a Second Language (ESL) program. I have taught children and adults overseas in Iraq and Korea. Other subjects I am qualified to teach include science, English, ESL / ESOL, grammar, philosophy, geography, proofreading, psychology, vocabulary, Microsoft, and writing.
