"The purpose of learning is growth, and our minds, unlike our bodies, can continue growing as we continue to live." A famous quote from Moris Adler has always inspired me. I have been tutoring chemistry and math at Glendale Community College for many years. I am also directing students (K-8th)in an after school program in a private school.
My main responsibilities as a tutor are finding out students problems and provide a solution for a best understanding. I am trying to make learning fun so that the students enjoy and want to learn more. I`d like to make sure there is a confidence built in the student. I've worked with elementary, middle school, high school and college students. My main duties are to help students achieve a specific level of understanding and become more responsible and(basically all ages). Being a Chemistry major student at Azusa Pacific University has taught me the necessary discipline and also the struggle with challenges in order to achieve your goal.
