My tutoring areas include Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance and several Computer Languages.

My education background includes a B.A. degree in Mathematics, a Master degree in Statistics and a Master degree in Accounting. These have provided me with broad and thorough knowledge and mastery of the subject matters.

I also had over 15 years of professional working experience including in large and well known companies, such as AAA of Southern California, Farmers Insurance, WellPoint and WellsFargo Bank and consulting firm, such as Deloitte & Touche Consulting. So, I always act professionally and responsibly in conducting my tutoring and teaching activities.

I have involved in tutoring for over 3 three years. My students range from high school students to college students to graduate school and MBA students. I believe every student is unique in his/her own way of thinking and understanding the concepts and materials need to learn. Therefore, I like to communicate and listen to students and find the best way to explain the materials. I like to use simple and clear explanations to help the students understand and memorize, if necessary, the course work. In terms of test preparation, I encourage students to practice sample questions and have mock exams to improve the accuracy and speed of taking the test.
