I have been tutoring for the past 10+ years in elementary, middle school, and high school level courses. I can teach all subjects from elementary and middle school. As for High school, I am highly skilled in all levels of math (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Math Analysis, AP Pre-Calculus/Calc A, AP Calc B/C) and science (AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, Human Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, etc). In one case, I tutored a student for 8 years and increased her GPA from a 2.0 to a 3.8 from 5th grade to 12th grade.
I graduated from University of Southern California in 3 years and obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry with Honors. For the past 3 years, I have counseled students with their college applications by assisting them with theirs essays as well as their applications to UC's, Cal States, and private schools throughout the U.S. Many of my students were accepted to UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, UCI, Michigan University of Ann Arbor, BU, Pepperdine, Chapman and much more. If you child has aspirations in entering a prestigious college, it's never too late to plan ahead!
In addition, I scored in the 90+ percentile on the PCAT test and have been accepted to both USC and UCSD School of Pharmacy. However, I have deferred that offer until next year as I am currently working at a Biopharmaceutical Company to gain experience.
