I am a matriculating graduate student who has a great appreciation for education. I can relate with students who earnestly seek academic achievements but the learning process is difficult and frustrating. Education has not always been easy for me, but through the support and encouragement of mentors and tutors I have been able to achieve many educational goals. In other words, "I've been there and done that." Now that I am in the midst of achieving my academic endeavors it is my responsibility to "pay it forward" and utilize my knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify and resolve learning disparities and implement courses of action that will help produce desirable outcomes. Good learning behaviors can be obtained by a positive learning environment.
