Simply assign arbitrary numbers to x( whatever you like) and solve for y.
If plugging x, you find y, point (x,y) is located on the line.
Ok, lets try out some numbers:
x=2 --> 2(2)+3y=1 --> 3y=-3 --> y=-1 ===> (2,-1) is on the line
x=-1 --> 2(-1)+3y=1...

Second derivative of the function is f"(x)=-6(x+1)^-4 ,which is negative on both (-inf,-1)and(-1,inf),
So the function is concave down on each of intervals.

For sure it is n≥2 instead of n>2
So then f(1)=6 , f(2)=1/6 , f(3)=6 , f(4)=1/6
