American History is a fascinating subject that will allow you to learn how this nation was formed. You can learn how our Founding Fathers decided on a democracy, and avoided living under a monarchy. Also, how they designed the new form of government. Learn the reasons for people leaving Europe, and why they came to the New World to begin a fresh start as individuals, and communities.
I have been tutoring English and Spanish for the past 5 years, and I approach my lessons with the intent to provide the students the understanding and appreciation for a well spoken language. In these days of text messages and abbreviated sentences, it is so vital that students do not lose the ability to express themselves properly and eloquently. Communication skills will be expected of them when they enter the business world, and my intent is to provide that ability.
Geography provides an opportunity to travel to other continents and countries, learning about other cultures around the world. It allows us to learn where significant world events took place throughout history.
I enjoy tutoring Geometry as it represents to me a very precise science, and goes hand-in-hand with the use of Mathematics. It also allows for learning how to use formulas and computations that lead to a much better understanding and handling of Algebra problems.

The biggest benefit derived from effective proofreading is the impression that a well written letter or any other type of document will have on others that will read what you write.
Reading is so vital to students as it is the beginning of understanding concepts. This leads to a high level of comprehension, and therefore a better outcome on their tests. I provide students with a complete view of the learning process of speaking a language properly, providing full sentences that indicate their knowledge of the subject at hand. This ability begins with Reading and knowing where and how to read and understand the topic and being able to discuss it in an intelligent manner.
The method used in the public schools regarding Spanish courses concentrates mainly on "Conversational Spanish". I firmly believe that in order to gain the greatest benefit of learning a language is to follow the steps outlined in the best textbooks that will guide you to proper verb conjugation, composition, grammar, and pronunciation. A tutor will be able to present this side of learning Spanish as it should be, and that is precisely my goal, to teach it that way to my students.
Increasing your vocabulary makes it possible to become more eloquent, and helps you to express your thoughts and ideas in a more convincing manner. An increased vocabulary will allow you to develop your salesmanship, which eventually becomes a tool for success.
World History can be a fascinating subject to learn well, and it is one of my favorite subjects. It represents a window into our past. It is also a way to acquire wisdom, as you learn what our world leaders did, and the reasons behind the decisions they made. World History allows you to learn why many actions from one nation to another took place, and in the process, you learn about world politics and economic issues that affect us as a nation. I really enjoy tutoring this subject.
I was the Editor for Ernesto Caravantes for the three books he published - Clipping Their Own Wings, The Mexican-American Mind, and From Melting Pot to Witch's Caldron, as well as another book by Professor Andres De La Garza, entitled Music and Dance of Mexico. These assignments allowed me to sharpen my skills on proofreading, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills, very successfully.
