I'm a native Spanish speaker from Nicaragua who enjoys teaching my language and sharing my passion for the culture and traditions of the Spanish speaking countries. I got my Master's in Teaching and Learning the Spanish Language and its Culture from the University of Granada in Spain.
I can teach Latin American Spanish as well as Castillian. I love to talk about all the different varieties of Spanish: from country to country, from Spain to America, from coast to coast.
I have taught Spanish in high school, middle and elementary school. I have also tutored professionals and college students. I have edited bilingual children's books and wrote curriculum for Lectura Books.
I have two children, and I love reading, traveling and hiking.
