I have used drafting in business for most of my life. (My father taught "Mechanical Drawing" and Wood Shop for junior high students for more than 35 years.) For the last 6 years I have been teaching AutoCAD Drafting at MTI College/Alta Tech Academy. The course was an accredited associate's degree program and covered Architectural, Mechanical, Space Planning, Field Measuring and Estimating. It covered 2D and 3D Modeling and Rendering. The course was designed for beginners and covered AutoCAD starting with "this is a computer" up through advanced operations. The usual class was 7 hours a day, 5 days a week for 5 - 11 months, depending on students' starting skills and what they needed to learn. Because I designed the course to fit each student's needs, I am uniquely qualified to teach you what you want to learn in the time you want to spend.
