I graduated High School as an AP scholar with distinction and as a member of the National Honor Society. I began my undergrad at UC San Diego (UCSD) as a Bio-Engineering Pre-Med (PMED) Major. At the end of the fall quarter the opportunity to attend a 5 year medical program presented itself to me and I availed it. I have graduated from medical school while tutoring multitude of subjects and working on Anatomy Research.
My approach to tutoring is interactive, enthusiastic and engaging, I don't believe in "Giving" the answer, I believe in "Getting" the answer. My strengths lie in Mathematics from Pre-algebra up to Pre calculus, Biology (Regular, AP, Honors), Chemistry (Regular, AP, Honors), Physiology, Anatomy and Pathology. I have taken and performed well on a multitude of AP courses, SAT examinations, and professional examinations through my academic career. I have experience prepping students for SAT, ACT, DAT and MCAT. Also I have personally been a part of Academic Decathlon (receiving medals in Math and Speech) and Science Olympiad thus being able to address those students as well. I have scored 700+ on my SAT examinations (math, writing, biology, chemistry, physics) and averaging 4+ on AP exams(Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Calculus, Psychology).
I understand the requirements of a tutor and what a student expects of tutoring. "The only source of knowledge is experience" --Albert Einstein. I suspect you’ll find very few candidates with a background such as mine, and it’s one I’d like to put to work on your behalf. Thank You.
