I offer professional Math & Science private tutoring for pre- high-school, high-school, and college aged students. One-on-one sessions, or group sessions (up to 3-4 students). Weekdays - evenings after 6 pm; weekends - all day.

My experience includes 5 summers of working with exceptional kids at Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth (CTY). I taught two 3-week sessions each summer - courses include Digital Logic and Computer Web Design.

I start off with students by getting a general feel of their level, understanding their need, and customizing the tempo and difficulty of material to give them as we go along with one goal in mind - long-term conceptual understanding and knowledge retention.

I studied Discrete Math as part of my Computer Engineering curriculum. Ever since, I have used the knowledge in many instances throughout my career. I really enjoy teaching this branch of Mathematics.

I am a software developer working in the field of medical technology developing embedded system algorithms for implantable cardiac devices in C++. I have 7 years of experience doing this.

I use computer science concepts daily in my work. I am proficient in a number of languages, including C, C++, C#, Java, Assembly 80x86, SQL. Topics I can offer help with are: algorithm analysis, program design, unit testing, code refactoring for better efficiency and speed of execution.

Electrical Engineering

I have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and have been working in the field of embedded system algorithm design and coding. In particular, I work on low power, long-life electronic devices. I use and apply my EE knowledge daily.
