I am a very experienced teacher. I have taken Phd level classes just short of beginning my doctorate dissertation. I have been teaching K1 to College level Mathematics, English and so on for over 10 years. I am very patient and been very successful in turning average students to A students. I teach various subjects. I believe every student is unique in their learning ability and style. Therefore, I often endeavor to design my classes around the learning ability, style and strength of the particular student.
To learn from me is to step into the next level of academic success. My teaching approach is generally shaped by my experiences as a student and as a teacher. I am a big believer in participatory teaching style whereby everyone in class is given the chance and opportunity to state their views regardless of how misinformed or misguided it might seem at first. This is done to encourage students to trust theirs own voice and natural intellectual instincts.
I assist my students in discovering their own styles of learning, fostering creative and visionary thinkers who takes risks and experiment. I value a teaching situation where students are able to test theories, gather, read, analyze, synthesize outside information and form their own opinions, either in agreement or in opposition to mainstream viewpoints. Furthermore, I encourage, you, my student, to think and act in alignment with your own truth, to observe and challenge your social conditionings, and finally to accelerate yourself into higher levels of intellectual abilities. Try me and you'll be happy you did.
