I have a bachelors degree with honors in biochemistry with additional training in honors physics and chemistry. I also have a dental degree, a specialty in periodontics, a masters degree in experimental pathology and a PhD in immunology. I did post-doctoral training at MIT in recombinant DNA technology and am a former tenured faculty member at the University of California San Francisco. I am a board certified dentist in California. I currently tutor physics at a local high school. I also work in the government Head Program doing dental examinations on three to five year old children as part of their certification process to enter kindergarten. I have taught to large audiences and have supervised graduate students for both the master's degree and PhD. I have taught courses in head and neck anatomy, biochemistry, pathology and physiology within a public university for classes of twenty dental hygiene students. I encourage parents to accompany their children during tutoring. I enjoy teaching children as well as high school students.
