I am a retired elementary school teacher and school principal. I have designed curriculum, instituted school-wide academic programs, as well as serving as a mentor and teacher trainer. When I was in high school, I graduated at the top of my class and I graduated from college with "highest honors." I have tutored for decades at all grade levels, and teaching students how to study, to stay organized and to do well on exams are all specialties of mine. My personal academic record proves this point.
One of my current students is a doctoral candidate in epidemiology and she consistently scores "Distinguished" on all her essays and research papers. I am passionate about teaching students how to study so they can be successful, independent learners.
