Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Tutor

I am a former San Diego City College Graphic Design student and graduate of the Interactive Media Certificate Program and Electronic Prepress Certificate Program. My background in computer programming coupled with extensive training in the Adobe Creative Suite which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, AfterEffects, and Premier Pro helps me provide one on one tutoring for beginning students.

I enjoy teaching and love the opportunity to help others. My easy-going style and constant encouragement helps students who are struggling with concepts overcome these obstacles and enjoy using the application they are learning. I have been using Microsoft Excel for well over 20 years on both the Windows and the Macintosh platforms. I have created spreadsheets for record keeping, data analysis, form creations, and charting/tables. Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is a powerful tool for creating slide presentations to communicate ideas to your audience. I have extensive experience using this application and with my design background can assist anyone who is interested in creating a presentation that shines.

Adobe Photoshop

I am a graduate of the Interactive Media Certificate Program and Electronic Prepress Certificate Program from San Diego Community College District, and have extensive experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. I enjoy tutoring and will provide personal assistance in helping you learn the concepts to get your skills up to speed in this program.

Adobe Flash

I have completed an Intermediate Certificate Program in Multimedia applications which included the Adobe Flash. I know how to create Flash movies and have some programming experience with Actionscript 2 and 3.

Adobe InDesign

I have extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite in a professional work environment and have expertise on how to produce documents which are proof ready for publication.
