I went to medical school at UCLA. I struggled with the amount of material in medical school and had to repeat several classes. These struggles, however, have helped me relate to students when they are having difficulties with their own school work.
After medical school, I became a professor at Sacramento City College and taught Anatomy and Physiology for nine years. During that time, I greatly enjoyed teaching and interacting with students. In addition, those years reinforced my understanding of anatomy and physiology and refined my ways of teaching it.
Currently, I am the business manager for a medical clinic. However, I would still like to help students.
