I have more than 20 years experience writing and editing English in business, as a technical writer and researcher, and providing research, writing and editing for undergraduate through post-graduate students.

My approach to tutoring begins with first assessing the individual student's levels and strengths, making it possible to customize lessons in order to optimize individual skills and talents. This always results in success, because it emphasizes the student becoming empowered by learning and understanding. Reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary and grammar all become enhanced as the result of cultivating the individual talents and skills each student already has. My focus is on developing individual skills and talents, to enable every student to enjoy acquiring and using life-long language skills!

I am experienced working with all educational levels, including K-12, and I am able to assist you with raising your English skills to your highest, personal best! My teaching style is both conversational and educational. Your English reading, writing and speaking skills will best reflect you as an individual.
