My public experience as an educator began when I received my A.B. degree in History from UC Davis in 1995. I worked as a substitute teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area K-12 public schools between 1995 and 1997, then in the Kentucky K-12 public schools between 1997 and 1998.
I can tutor a broad array of subjects included in the K-12 curricula: social studies, math and science, Spanish, French and music. I can tutor students in music theory, guitar and piano. I am enthusiastic about education, and I bring a positive attitude to tutoring. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and I communicate that belief to my students.
