My cooking lessons include everyday Japanese dishes, special Japanese dishes, and vegetarian dishes. Special dishes are SUKIYAKI, TENPURA, SHABUSHABU, and SUSHI. Vegetarian dishes includes a variety of TOFU and TSUKEMONO.
Besides being a housewife and mother of 2 children, I have finished a Level 5 cooking course at WFF in Tokyo, Japan. I have also taken a master SUSHI course at Tsuji Cooking School in Tokyo, Japan. Japanese dishes are not only light and healthy, but also beautiful. Let's cook together and make your family and friends happy!
