Other than communication and presentation skills, Frank graduated with a Masters degree in analytical chemistry. After 13 years working in the chemical industry, he changed his career and worked in the computer business as a software application designer, Web site designer, PowerPoint designer, and business/computer science consultant. Now, Frank concentrates on teaching, coaching and writing.
