I am an experienced tutor who has worked as a university instructor, high school instructor for the Early College program, as a substitute for the Newport Mesa school district and finally, has tutored privately both for services and on my own, as well as for the No Child Left Behind reading program. In addition to my own field of history, in which I hold a PhD, I can help with English, having written an 800 page dissertation and also Algebra, since I have at least two years of Calculus under my belt. I adore teaching and often say if it moves, I am liable to try to teach it something! I get results because I understand from my own experience that if trying to teach something one way isn't working, just framing the issue another way often helps.
