Hi, my name is Kelly and I am a 4th year engineering student at UC Riverside.
I am patient and knowledgeable and my strength are math and chemistry. I am looking to tutor anything from Algebra 1 to Calculus to differential equations.
I will work through problems step by step to make sure students know how to do problems, and if they do not understand, then I can thoroughly explain it until they do. I encourage students to speak up and ask questions.
As a student in a very diverse campus, I interact with a wide variety of people and learning styles. As a result, I am able to cater to all learning styles whether it be auditory, visual or kinesthetic. I will be able to tailor my tutoring to each student's needs.
In addition, I will help a student "learn how to learn." I have noticed that some students do not understand the process of learning. I will try to help them with this!
I am confident that I can help any student achieve success in math and chemistry.
