Dr. Timothy A. has an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Rancho Santiago Community College; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton; a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology-Los Angeles (CSPP-LA); and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from CSPP-LA.
Dr. Timothy A. has 17 years of health care experience, including 7 as a civilian: Kaiser Permanente, Medical Data International, HealthCare Partners Medical Group; and 10 as an active duty servicemember: U. S. Army Reserve (AR) as a Research Psychologist, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) as a Research Psychologist, the USMA as a Research Psychologist / Instructor.
While stationed at the WRAIR, Dr. Timothy A. was the first author of a journal article that examined the important roles that both reservists and their civilian employers play in homeland defense.
While stationed at Moffett Field, CA, Dr. Timothy A. was the first author of another journal article that investigated the impact of deployment on the psychological health status, level of alcohol consumption, and use of psychological health resources of postdeployed AR soldiers.
Dr. Timothy A. is currently an Associate Faculty, College of Social Sciences where he teaches and facilitates working students via adult learning methodologies in academic subjects such as Research and Statistics for the Social Sciences, Building Community in Organizations, Management: Theory, Practice and Application, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Culture and Organizational Climate, Capstone Course in Psychology, Human Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Psychology of Personality, Team Dynamics for Managers, Organizational Psychology, Chemical Dependence in the Workplace, Human Growth and Development, Introduction to Psychology, General Psychology, History and Systems of Psychology, Statistical Reasoning in Psychology, Biological Foundations of Psychology, Motivational Processes in Human Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Life Span Human Development, Learning and Cognition, Social Psychology, Theories of Personality, Abnormal Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Diversity and Cultural Factors in Psychology, Environmental Psychology, Psychological Tests and Measurements, and Elements of Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Timothy A. is currently an Army reservist (rank of Major) assigned to the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), Fort Knox, KY.

Dr. Timothy A. is happily married to his beautiful wife Julie of 19 years and has three wonderful children: Lauren, Matthew and Micah.
