I am a credentialed teacher. I am highly-qualified and certificated to teach using strategies I have learned through many classroom scenarios and tutoring experiences.
My approach includes designing an organized, three to five week program for any motivated student. The primary focus of the regimen is organized studying for increased independence and the development of self-regulated learning skills.
I can also prepare similar programs for students that are in need of refreshing their skill-set from previous years.
My training and experience allows me to assess a given student, recognize proficiencies, and formulate a plan for learning across many subjects, especially Math and English.
I have tutored many levels of math through Pre-Calculus and can find how a student best responds to a subject to become a better learner.
I have been trained in reading and writing strategies geared toward teaching students to succeed. I am extremely confident that I can help any student meet or surpass mastery in any subject that I am hired to tutor.
