Autocad is a software application widely used by engineering organizations for computer aided design (CAD) in 2D and 3D models. Technical drawings can be created in a layout that you may design or may be pre-designed. Once the draft/design is complete you may print out your project and revise it for further improvement or re-design.
I have professional engineering experience using Solidworks 2010 version. Solidworks is a more complex/complete software than Autocad, although Autocad is universally more used or common. I have academic experience using Autocad 2010 LT modeling 3D and 2D drafts/designs. The most interesting project that I've drafted in Autocad is an antenna. In Solidworks, I've done a pneumo test fixture (for the medical device industry).
I completed an engineering course of Differential Equations as part of my Bachelor's degree program. Some of the topics that I have expertise on are: first and higher order differential equations and applications, series solutions of differential equations, Laplace transforms, systems of linear first order differential equations and numerical solutions of ordinary differential equations. Additionally, I have expertise on analytical techniques, engineering applications -- more particularly the ones used in Electrical Engineering for solving electrical circuits (capacitors and inductors) -- and the use of TI-89 calculator to solve differential equations and Laplace transforms.
I completed the Bachelor's of Science program in Electrical Engineering at San Diego State University. I am currently working in a Master's program in Modern Communication Theory and Networks under the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at SDSU. I have a wide variety of knowledge in all aspects of Electrical Engineering; however, my expertise is in the telecommunications (analog and digital communications, DSP, RF, Network Engineering) field.
ESL is meant to tutor non-English speakers to learn English as a Second Language including reading, writing, and speaking fluently. This includes vocabulary, grammar, critical thinking, and communication.
My interpretation skills between English and Spanish are excellent. I've worked in the past in Sweetwater Union High School District from junior high level to high school level tutoring students that are not proficient in English. I've assisted them in the completion of their assignments. Furthermore, I've tutored students with disabilities in the classroom.
Logic or Digital Logic is the foundation for the design of digital computers and systems. Some of the topics include the binary system, logic signals, gates, and operations. Applications such as digital computers may be studied as well.
I graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University and have taken classes in Digital Circuits and Digital Communications. Moreover, I've taken graduate courses in Digital Signal Processing. In computer applications, I've taken courses in Assembly Language, Embedded Systems Programming, and Operating Systems.
Networking in computer engineering/science is the study and application of concepts that support, enable, configure, and make communications possible between devices at the network layer (addressing and routing). Other layers are necessary to establish a communication such as the application layer for user interface.
I am currently a graduate student at San Diego State University. I am enrolled in the Master of Engineering program with an emphasis in Computer Networks. So far, I've taken three (3) classes in this area: Computer and Data Networks, Multimedia Communications Systems, and Wireless Sensor Networks.
