I currently work for the Chino Unified School District as a Musical/ Marching Instructor, where I teach basic marching techniques and help the low brass with music. I recently got offered to teach the Velvet Knights Drum and Bugle Corps as a Brass Instructor. I enjoy teaching kids the fundamentals of playing trombone or euphonium I am very patient and motivate all my students to be better musicians. I help them reach their goals at their own pace and give them opportunities to perform in other groups besides their school program to further their music career. I give one hour sessions and practice basic warm-ups, breathing, buzzing, etudes, solos and marching if requested. I can help students with their recital piece and audition for Drum Corps or Honor Band Groups. I speak Spanish so don't hesitate if English is not your primary language.
