As your tutor, I hope to unlock the mysteries of math for you. I am currently a substitute teacher, completed the Mathematics Single Subject Teaching Credential coursework at Cal State Long Beach in May 2011, and finished Student Teaching on February 2, 2012. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and I have worked with young people as a Girl Scout leader for over 10 years. By tutoring individual students and working in both middle school and high school classrooms, I have seen the math topics that are commonly challenging for students. I use real-life examples and math tools to help students get an understanding of these topics. I look forward to hearing from you.

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
