I earned Master degree in Polymer science in graduate school in Japan. Here in America, I tutored high school students and college students in chemistry, organic chemistry and math. I am also happy to help students in elementary school and middle school. Since I am a Japanese native, I had an experienced tutoring Japanese for several semesters at City College in SF.

My strong point is I can change how to teach depending on each student. Each of them has a unique way to think and understand. When a student has a difficult time to answer the question, it is not necessary to label the student as "He or she is not good at the subject." I really don't like students labeled themselves negatively just because of the test scores. I hope to give them a little help to boost their confidence.

I am usually happy to help students outside the tutoring hours by e-mail.

In addition, I am a graduate from California culinary academy, baking pastry program. I make birthday cakes for my customers.

Chemistry

I got a master's degree in Chemistry in Japan. I also used to tutor ccsf students before. I am especially good at helping students who never studied chemistry before.

Elementary (K-6th)

I can help Elementary school kids do homework in math and chemistry. I am very good at getting along and enjoy studying with that age.

Cooking

I earned a certificate of Baking-pastry from California Culinary Academy. I used to sell baking goods such as scones, tarts, cakes include birthday cakes for some customers. If somebody in your family needs help for baking, I am happy to assist them to bake products. Or, if a small kid in your family wants to learn how to bake such as cookies, I am also happy to spend time with them in your kitchen as part of babysitting. I am very good at playing with kids, too!
