I am a licensed Italian attorney. I have been a member of the Bar Association of Brescia since December 2006. For four years, I practiced law principally in corporate, debt collection and contract areas in Northern Italian law firms. Throughout my legal career, I also acquired significant experience in Italian civil and corporate litigation which greatly enhanced my communicative skills.
I recently completed my Master's in Law (LL.M.) in Comparative Law with an emphasis in U.S. Corporate Law from the University of San Diego School of Law. I have knowledge of and experience with Finance and Accounting and also international business transactions. My experience in a variety of business and legal settings has developed my ability to work effectively and precisely under tight deadlines and in constantly changing circumstances.
I am also a private tutor/instructor in Italian language. My belief is "the student's needs come first". I am usually very patient, professional, and I have been recognized as an effective speaker.
