"Kid Whisperer," is one of the titles that a few parents have tagged me with, which makes me feel really good. A "Truly Gifted Teacher" is another one I enjoy. I have a knack of working with challenging children. If your child hates school and has challenges getting motivated, or is often frustrated and has basically given up, I would love to take a crack at them. I am fun, but firm and get results. Kids always take a liking to me, work hard to impress me and I have hundreds of parents that would give me two thumbs up. I have tutored off and on over the years and love teaching 1 on 1.
I was a Special Ed. Teacher in the Encinitas Union School District for 7 years and lead teacher at the "Wisdom For Life School" for three. I have been working for a couple years on a non-profit I started to educate lots of kids online on a grand scale, but it has been tough I have to say in this economy. I ran out of money I'm afraid, so, lucky for you, I am offering my expertise at turning kid's poor attitude towards their education around, and now willing and able to be your God-Sent tutor. I am also a master potter and have been teaching kids and adults wheel throwing technique for years. I also have been a professional clown for over 20 years.
