I have taught French in a variety of settings, including after-school programs, high school, adult ed & college. I have taught ESL at all levels from elementary school to adult education, also in a variety of settings (formal classes, groups & one-on-one tutoring). I particularly enjoy working with Hispanic students as I speak Spanish fluently & use a unique inter-language method very powerful for vocabulary acquisition both in French and English to speed up learning. I am fun, enthusiastic & very patient. I hold a TESOL certificate from CalState Fullerton, have completed all the coursework for a Linguistics MA. I am a native French speaker, but was raised bilingually. I have worked as a professional freelance writer for several years.

I am looking for individuals of all levels & ages wishing to learn or improve their French, including at the AP level. In English, I am interested in teaching anyone wishing to improve their vocabulary & grammar in particular, whether for personal, academic, or professional growth or need.
