My name is Qusai, and I am an environmental science major at the University of California, Berkeley. I love science, and the application of science in solving real world problems. It is my dream to make a difference in this world by changing government policy or inventing a technique or technology that will save human lives and the natural environment.
I tutored students in college-level calculus, chemistry, biology, and environmental science. I worked for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) at Los Angeles Pierce College. I had to take multiple proficiency tests in order to tutor college-level subjects.
Learning concepts in middle/high school and college is a skill. Once you learn how to really absorb and engage with the material, you will be able to pull that A. You will notice that once you strive to truly understand the subject that you are learning, the As and A+s will just come to you like a reward. There is beauty in every subject, you just have to look for it. Once you find that beauty, studying will no longer be a chore. I can help you find that beauty and help you understand difficult concepts as well. I will do everything in my power to help you understand the subject that you are studying. Most tutors won't help the student unless it is within the tutoring session, but my job is to help you do well. You can email me for questions and talk to me after exams for moral support. I will be your guide, but this is not to say that I will "baby" you through your course work. I am the tutor that will make you a better student. I look forward to meeting you.
Thank you for your time
