First, I learned to learn. Then, I studied the different forms of understanding. That is how I learned to teach, with professors like Howard Gardner at Harvard University, where I completed an Ed.M. in Interactive Technology. My B.A. is from UC Berkeley in Languages and Symbolic Systems, including Spanish, French, Italian, Art History, and Architecture. I was educated in Switzerland, Chile, England, France, Italy, and the United States. I am multilingual and multicultural, and a passionate Knowledge Engineer and transmitter of knowledge. I worked for 15 years with the Stanford Overseas Studies Program. As a Linguist, I now specialize in pronunciation correction, and in phonetic transcription in multiple languages, for voice activated and computer generated voice commands.
I'm available part-time for tutoring, in the San Francisco Bay Area. I look forward to our classes together, either in person or on-line, via Skype or video chat, and sharing documents.
