I am a results-oriented Law Professor and Tutor using facilitative student interaction methodologies, am a mentor and trainer, tutor, communications and relationship development expert who bonds with my students and creates an interesting and free flowing learning environment. I am as well well versed in any sports and athletic activity, having coached baseball, soccer, football, wrestling, and other sports related activity. I also am a career placement adviser and specialist, an academic counselor, professional negotiator, manager, innovator, attorney, accounting, and human resources professional with proven abilities in management and academia as an experienced Professor at the Law School level.
I possess a unique combination of experience, skills and credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with youth, students, professionals and staff from any environment. I as well have a strong history and a demonstrated ability of motivating youth, students, staff, and am a natural leader and mentor. Without doubt, I possess top tier credibility and, having 6 children of my own, have the ability to communicate and motivate youth of any age or background since I teach and lead by example.
I hold a Doctorate Degree (JD) in Law, a BS Degree in Social Psychology, plus advanced Training and Certifications from the University of California, Berkeley, in Training and Learning in Organizations, Recruiting, Human Resources Management, and Mediation & Dispute Resolution, Compensation, Employee Benefits, and Employee Relations. I am as well a licensed attorney in California.
