I am very interested in helping students attain their educational goals. My passion is education and am very enthusiastic in working with all students. I have a BA in business administration/accounting, and also have studied Spanish both in high school and college. I have a thorough understanding of Spanish grammar as well as English grammar and can relate to both languages. I have a teaching credential in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to adults, but also can teach elementary through adults. As an English instructor, I am very familiar with English grammar and can also help you or your children in completing and editing essays and papers. I have been teaching ESL classes for over 9 years and enjoy every student that has been in my class.
In addition to Spanish and English, I can tutor business classes such as bookkeeping and accounting both high school and college levels.
I like to work with each student's strengths in learning and can adapt to most any learning style. I like to act as a guide to the correct answers and provide examples and exercises to reinforce lessons and enhance instruction.
