Hi, my name is Adam.

I have devoted my life to educating, empowering, and developing today’s youth because nothing gives me greater joy. I have seen the substantial need for caring and experienced educators in our world, and I desire to be a part of the solution.

As a secondary-level educator, I have taught in the subjects of English language arts, humanities, and drama. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California, including courses focused on teaching new English language learners, and completed my student-teaching hours at Pinehurst K-8 and Chief Sealth High School in Seattle.

Prior, I was a middle school English teacher in South Korea during 2009, where I taught TOEFL curriculum and mentored one-on-one with students. I was also a tutor at the UNI institute in Fullerton for English and SAT preparation and Catholic Charities of Los Angeles teaching ESL to children of refugees. Recently, I have worked as a play director and assistant producer at a local private school.

In my free time, I manage Give Global, a nonprofit I created upon traveling to northern Thailand a couple of years ago. By raising awareness and funding in local neighborhoods, we have helped educate, feed, cloth, and shelter hundreds of impoverished children in the community of Musekee.

Please let me know if you have any further questions for me. Thanks.
