I've taught Math and English for 4 years and am a credentialed teacher in California. I have tutored numerous students with other tutoring agencies, and I enjoy helping them succeed.
I find that working one-on-one with students fosters relationships and often provides the opportunity to pinpoint gaps in their knowledge base, skill sets, and processing of the material.
Students that I have helped one-on-one have experienced dramatic improvement in their classroom grades and overall confidence. One student in particular went from an F to an A in a matter of a couple of months. Another student had an aha moment in the short time I worked with her and gained a valuable life skill of taking responsibility for her own learning.
I am accustomed to traveling throughout San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, including communities such as Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, Ontario, Corona, Lake Elsinore, Sun City, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Hemet, San Bernardino, Colton, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Redlands, Highland, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Beaumont, Banning, Idyllwild, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Indian Wells, and everything in between.
