I am a certified teacher with teaching and tutoring experience in history, English and Spanish. Why hire 3 different tutors if you can get it all in one place? I am easy to get along with and work well with people of all ages, though most of my experience is with high school age students. I believe that all students can learn if the right teaching strategy is found and the necessary effort is put forth by both student and teacher. I am very familiar with the California content standards and will design lessons that will focus on the key skills and knowledge that will allow your student to understand what they are learning, why they need to know it and how to use that knowledge on future assignments and tests.
