I'm a technical trainer specializing in the computer field.

I have been teaching as a small part of my career for over 25 years, and teaching in the class room (at businesses) for the last three. Currently I have MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), and CCT+ (Comptia Technical Trainer) certification. My teaching experience covers many computer related topics from Project Management, System and Database design, and all Microsoft Office Products.

As an instructor I have a reputation for patience, and an ability to relate with both technical and non-technical students. I always focus on the students practical application of the subject matter being taught, and can customize the learning to meet student’s needs. My recent teaching experience includes: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc…); Microsoft technical classes (Exchange, SharePoint, Servers); and CompTia certification classes.
