I received a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1959 followed by my Masters in Business from Univ. of So. California in 1968. (The Masters degree was completed while working full time).
Following graduation from Michigan I spent four years in the USAF as an Engineering officer. Following my service commitment, I had a thirty year career with North American Aviation (later Rockwell International Corp.) working 10 years on the Apollo Lunar Landing and subsequent Apollo Programs followed by 20 years on the Space Shuttle Program. I received many awards for technical and managerial achievement during my career. I was the youngest person within the corporation to be promoted to MTS VII (Senior Scientist) level, the highest Technical Classification in the Corporation.
I held numerous technical and managerial positions during my career at North American/Rockwell. Besides my Masters in Business from USC, I've completed a number of company sponsored Systems Engineering and Management classes. My current hobbies include Astronomy, Contemporary Art, Golf and I do considerable volunteer work. My tutorial approach is to tailor a program to meet the individual students' objectives in the agreed time frame. The lesson plan will be predicated on the specific text book selected.
