I have always enjoyed passing knowledge onto others watching them grow and become inspired from it. I have worked with all ages from preschool to adult and find passion in teaching all types of subjects. At The Art Institute I taught a class rigging basics for biped (human-like) 3D models for one hour. I received amazing compliments from students and instructor. I was astonished from the impression I made and knew I would always keep teaching apart of my life. It is one thing that really makes me happy.
I graduated from The Art Institute of San Francisco, California and hold two degrees one in 3D Animation and the other in Game Art. I have worked with many art, video and music based programs, but my specific expertise is with Autodesk Maya and Adobe Photoshop.
My method of teaching is not complex. Work individually on each persons level to accommodate needs, wants and most of all cares. It is important for me to find what motivates the student and help keep passions alive. Critiquing benefits everyone to help improve skills and also encourage inspiration. I'm kind, patient, respectful and a good listener with everyone I meet. I am learning with every experience I receive to grow and further my education in teaching.
