I have a Math Education degree from California State University Long Beach. I have been tutoring math for more than two years at Fullerton College Math Lab. I used to tutor Algebra I, Algebra II, PreCalculus, Trigonometry, Calculus I and Geometry. I have also attended a couple of workshops that emphasized developing students' learning skills.
I have the passion for tutoring students, and I respect every student. Maximizing a student's mathematical potential always motivates me to work harder. I like to make students realize that math is understandable to them, which means that once they understand one mathematical concept, they will be capable of applying it to other related problems. This is one of my teaching philosophies. Also, patience is a powerful weapon that minimizes the distance between me and a student.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
