My name is Abraham. I come from a family of immigrated Nicaraguans from the capitol of Managua. My native tongue is Spanish and I speak it fluently. I graduated from Whittier College in 2009, a small liberal arts college in the city of Whittier. My double major is focused on foreign languages: French and Spanish. I enjoy reading, writing, watching audiovisual documents in both languages. I have written a few short stories in Spanish and co-opted in writing a short story in French with my French 310 course.
On top of studying in the United States, I traveled to Paris, France where I spent my fall junior semester at La Sorbonne- Paris IV, where I took courses on classical French literature, art history, phonetics, and contemporary Spanish literature. Over the course of the 2010-2011 academic school year I worked as a foreign English teacher to grades 7-9, in Fontenay-le-Comte, France. If you have any questions or need assistance please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail. Hope to hear from you soon!
