I graduated from the Academy of Art, San Francisco in 2012 with a degree in fine art drawing & painting. I am currently working on a body of work and a member of a local artist group in San Francisco. My work has been featured in galleries in American Canyon, Napa, Sonoma & SF. I love painting people, landscapes, and city-scapes.
My approach towards art is traditional and fundamental. Learning and teaching foundational skills and techniques first provides one with more of an ability to execute a concept with precision and a higher quality of craftsmanship. I combine both the creative & fundamental parts of art. Each person is different, so I tend to see where each individual is at and what their struggling with, to better suit their specific needs; then come up with solutions to help that one grow in their skill. I encourage the strengths of those I'm teaching and build up their weaknesses. Making art is serious and its also fun, so I strive to have the right balance between the two.
