I have been a math, physics, chemistry and engineering tutor since the early 90's. I have tutored almost every undergraduate course. They are all levels of algebra to college algebra, Trigonometry, Calc I, II and Vector Calculus, Differential Equations, Physics with Kinematics, Physics Waves and Heat, Physics Electricity and Magnetism, Basic Chemistry, First and Second year Chemistry, Business Math and Statistics, and some beginning engineering courses.
Since I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering I became at teacher at the college level since 2004.
I am a master tutor and very good at explaining almost any subject to my students. The key is eye contact and hard work on their part. The eye contact is necessary because you want to make sure the student is following what you are saying and not getting lost or bored. The hard work is necessary because students can't just listen to what you say and memorize it. They must do it for themselves. I usually work through an example and then have the student attempt the same thing with their own problem or one from their homework set.
I am also proficient at explaining math in different ways if one approach is not working. I provide real world examples for things that are sometimes abstract.
