Tutoring high school and college students is a joy. After I finished my Master of Arts degree in Higher Education at the University of Arizona, I began tutoring students individually and in pairs. Most of my students are Asian and are working on their Master's Degree or their PhDs. I have taught English in China, tutored a high school student from Japan and spent one summer assisting a student in intensive preparation for taking the TOEFL iBT.
I have taught at the local community college and the University of Arizona. We would work collaboratively to create the best learning environment for you.

I teach basic computer literacy that includes using the Internet and Email programs such as Yahoo.
I teach computer software applications (Microsoft Office Suite products Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

I also teach students how to use Picasa3 photo editing software.

Macintosh

I have been using a MAC for many years and have taught computer application courses from the basics to more advanced aspects including photo organization and manipulation. I have taught for the local community college Adult Education Division as well as OASIS, a national organization focused on students over 45 years of age.
I believe this qualifies me to tutor someone who would like assistance with photos on the MAC.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
