Patient and Knowledgeable Tutor for Many Subjects

Hello, Hola and Bonjour, I have been a private Spanish and French teacher for more than ten years now. I have taught all ages. In the last year, I have also taught English as a Second Language. I have also worked as a tutor in the elementary schools for reading and math under The No Child Left Behind Act.

I am taking a semester off from school but, I plan to go back to A.S.U. in the spring of 2013 to get my degree in Secondary Education for Spanish and French. I have traveled extensively to Mexico, France, Canada and Costa Rica, where I have spent time cultivating my language skills. I also work part-time as a French translator at a medical office where I work with refugees from Africa.

Teaching is my passion and I love being able to give someone the knowledge to go out in the world and use it!

I have been speaking French since I was 5 years old and I have been teaching French privately to all ages for more than ten years now. I can tutor children- college level students taking French at levels 101-202 at the college level. References available upon request.

Spanish

I have been teaching Spanish privately for more than ten years. I make learning a language fun by incorporating games, conversation and listening exercises.

Geography

I can help students in elementary school-high school with geography.

ESL/ESOL

In the past, I have taught ESL classes with students from China, Brazil and Columbia. I love teaching someone a new language!

Italian

I have been speaking Italian since 2003 and can teach beginning level to intermediate Italian to all ages.

Study Skills

I have tutored numerous students of all ages in different languages for many years. Last year, I also tutored students for a company in Arizona called Discovering Dreams.
